STANDARD DELIVERY FOR UK & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Standard UK Delivery
If you are based in the UK, your parcel will take approximately 3 – 5 business days to arrive.
International Standard Delivery
If you are based outside the UK, your parcel will take approximately 3-10 business days to arrive.
Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch, depending on the destination.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that for international shipping outside of the UK the recipient is responsible for settling directly with Local Government Authorities or Carriers any Customs Duties and Taxes levied as a result of importing items into that country. Please note, our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period when your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure that you request a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request for return can be carried out by contacting the Little Concept Customer Services by email email@example.com after you received a Return Authorization Number simply post an item with a courier service, we strongly recommend that you request proof of postage for your records. Your returned item must arrive at the boutique no later than 14 days after you receive the Return Authorization Number. After this time we cannot guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for refund.
Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transint.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping and import duties if applicable.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.
