Ordering

Where is the shopping basket of my order?

Your shopping basket is at the top of the welcome page. When you click on “Shopping Bag” you are immediately directed to the detailed summary of your shopping basket.

How do I add articles to my basket?

Click on the articles which you like, and you will automatically go the product page on which you may have to select the possible options of size and colour, as well as the quantity. Then click on the button “Add To Shopping Bag” and your article will be added automatically to your basket. You can then continue your order by identifying yourself or choosing to continue your shopping on the site. At any time, you have access to your basket at top of the home page.

How can I place my order?

You can place your order at Littleconcept.com by Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by telephone from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

Which size do I choose for clothing?

Go to our sizes guide available at the bottom of the home page. Be aware that some brands have a specific size guide, because they are sized differently from the standard grill.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After your order has been confirmed and the payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Confirmation email will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.

Can I find the details of my order?

You have the possibility of finding the details of your order, but also of your previous orders, in your account in the section “My Orders”. You can also find there your invoices and print them.

Can I Order By Phone?

If you wish to give your details to a Customer Care representative they will make the purchase for you.

How Will I Know You Received My Order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit card has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped.

Does Littleconcept.com Have Seasonal Sales?

Littleconcept.com, offers seasonal sales, and there is a specific SALE button. Please note Littleconcept.com due to the exclusive nature of our stock can't guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.

How Do I Know What Is In Stock?

If you chose an item in a specific colour or size that is unavailable, a window on the right will appear to inform you. You can always add this product to your wish list and we do our best to order it for you.

All credit card transactions on this site are processed using World Pay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Littleconcept.com we do not hold your credit card details on the website. Deliveries

Where Does Littleconcept.com Ship To?

Littleconcept.com ships Worldwide, and offers different shipping options to each country.

We offer a Standard Shipping Service, shipped through the Royal Mail in the UK and then through their partners for International destinations. The UK transit is between 2-4 working days from dispatch and is fully tracked. International shipping can take up to 3 working weeks depending upon destination. The International part of the transit is not tracked and therefore in the rare event of the goods being delayed overseas, it may be very difficult for our customer team to trace your package.

We offer an Express Shipping Service, to the UK and the Rest of the World through Royal Mail and International Courier Services. Shipping to the UK mainland is Next Working Day from dispatch and within 3 working days from dispatch to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, Internationally the service is subject to destination. On average transit is up to 4 business days from dispatch. Both services are tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch.

The garments that Littleconcept.com sells online are Zero-rated for VAT purposes in the UK.

Does Littleconcept.com Ship To Post Office Boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the PO Box during business hours, customers with PO Boxes will need to arrange for an alternate physical shipping address. You must provide us with an address where our shipping service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

Does Littleconcept.com Ship To Multiple Addresses?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this you can contact our Customer Care representatives who will gladly handle your order request.

How Soon Can I Get My Order?

We offer shipping to all countries worldwide as indicated on the order form. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 days for shipping as external factors may cause delays.

Your order will be shipped once:

i) Payment has been approved. ii) The shipping/billing address has been verified.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.

How Can I Expect To Receive The Goods?

All orders will be shipped to you in our standard boxes. When placing your order you will have an option to choose a gift box.

How Can I Track My Order?

Email info@littleconcept.com, we will provide you with tracking information. The International part of the transit is not tracked and therefore in the rare event of the goods being delayed overseas, it may be very difficult for our customer team to trace your package.

Is My Personal Information Kept Private?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For details please read the Littleconcept.com Privacy Policy. In order to register as a user at Littleconcept.com we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its shipping. Please note that Littleconcept.com does not keep your credit card details on the Littleconcept.com website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the Littleconcept.com website. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties. Financial information is used to check the user's qualifications and to bill the user for products.

Duties & Taxes

How Are Duties And Taxes Calculated?

Prices on the website include all prevailing taxes applicable in the UK at the time of payment. Children's clothes are zero-rated for VAT, but the delivery cost is VAT chargable. This is deducted for non EU Countries at check-out.

If you are shipping to a destination outside the EU, the country to which you are shipping may levy import duty. It will be your responsibility to pay for these potential additional costs.

Will There Be Additional Duties Or Taxes Payable On My Purchase?

There may be additional duties or taxes payable by you on receipt of the goods by customs in your country. Littleconcept.com cannot accept responsibility for these costs.


Return Policy

What If I Want To Return Or Exchange Something?

All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. In order to get a RAN please email info@littleconcept.com. Once you have received your RAN please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request for an RAN.

Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be returned to the customer.

Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.

Littleconcept.com will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.

Returns on non-faulty items of swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is in place.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are shipped to the customer damaged. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

How to proceed if you wish to return or exchange?

In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) number by emailing us at within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.

The RAN number should be written clearly on a letter adjoining the goods you are returning, together with the reason for the return. We advise that you use a tracking/ or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to ship the goods back to Littleconcept.com. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.

How to get a refund?

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of return of the item to Littleconcept.com. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments and including all original shipping charges. We do not refund return shipping costs as well as import duties.

PROMOTIONAL CODE

How do I use my promotional code?

First of all, make sure of the period of validity of the promotional code. A code is usable only once per person and is not refundable. The codes cannot be applied more than one at a time. If you have a Littleconcept promotional code, you can indicate it to us on the shopping basket page in the “Promotional Codes” zone. Don’t forget to validate “OK” to profit from the advantage of the code.
